You all know that
Indian fast food is famous all over the world. Pav Bhaji is also a very famous and most eaten dish. You will find stalls of Pav Bhaji in every street of India. 

But I will teach you to make delicious Pav Bhaji with the same taste. so stay with me, now without wasting much time, let's start today's special recipe Pav Bhaji!



Ingredients:
1)  2 large potatoes, boiled and peeled .
2)  1 large tomato, chopped 1/2 cup green peas, boiled 1/2 cup green capsicum, chopped. 
3)  1 onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
4)  1 inch ginger, grated 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
5)  1 teaspoon garam masala.
6)  1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala (optional).
7)  1 tablespoon butter.
8)  1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste.
8)  1/2 cup water.
Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish.
For the pav:
9)  4 pav buns
10) 1 tbsp butter
11) 1 tsp pav bhaji masala (optional)

Instructions:

Make the bhaji:
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped garlic and grated ginger and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy.
Add boiled potatoes, green peas and green capsicum. Mash them lightly with a potato masher.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and pav bhaji masala (if using). Mix well.
Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Add salt to taste.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Toast the pav:

Heat a tawa over medium heat.
 Apply butter on both sides of the pav buns.
Place the pav buns on a hot tawa and toast till both sides are golden brown.
Apply some butter on the toasted pav buns and sprinkle pav bhaji masala (optional).





Serve:
Serve the hot and spicy bhaji with toasted pav buns. You can also add butter and lemon juice to the bhaji before serving.

Tip:
To make it more delicious, you can add a teaspoon of sugar to the bhaji.
You can also add other vegetables like carrots, cauliflower or beans to the bhaji.
To make the bhaji more spicy, add more red chili powder or some chopped green chilies.

Note:- Serve the pav bhaji with chopped onions and lemon wedges.
